Jessica is an accomplished global business, sport and transformational coach, speaker and author who holds a PhD in performance psychology, a master's in clinical mental health and a master's in sport-exercise psychology. She is a global influencer who spends her time presenting around the world. She has worked with professional and collegiate athletes, congressional staff, FBI, CIA, and US Special Forces. Shandi is a former athlete who has worked in the field of psychology for the past 6 years. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in multiple environments. She has a personal understanding of the stress and pressure that is put upon an athlete from coaches, parents, and other teammates. She recognizes that no matter the amount of skill an athlete possesses, their performance can be negatively affected if their mental mindset needs improvement. She thoroughly enjoys watching her client’s grow, develop, and achieve their goals. She has committed her life to bettering her client’s mental toughness and improving their performance in their everyday lives.

Dr. Flaten has over 10 years of experience as a consultant, mentor, and educator within the field of sport and performance psychology. As a consultant, Russ has support sport, military, and small business communities with notable groups including the U.S. Army, NFL, NBA, including draft prep and profiling. In addition, he is a professor at University of Western States providing mentorship towards CMPC. His passion is to help individuals overcome resistance by understanding their Mindset from a perspective of change. His vision is to provide an easier and more accessible model of support for schools and athletics.
